Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a food & beverage supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and health regulations
- excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- additional hospitality or management training is a plus
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- lead, train, and motivate food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and professionally
- assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- collaborate with management to develop and implement service strategies and promotions
- maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork among staff members
