Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a food & beverage supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and health regulations
  • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Proven experience as a Food & beverage supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and health regulations
  • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • additional hospitality or management training is a plus

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • lead, train, and motivate food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and professionally
  • assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • collaborate with management to develop and implement service strategies and promotions
  • maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork among staff members
