Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid alcohol service certification
  • Valid food handler certification
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Duties

  • Ensures welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department including inspecting tabletops countertops and side stations
  • Communicate information to the service team giving them the knowledge to be individually empowered
  • Handle guest concerns professionally resolving issues with empathy and urgency
  • Utilize the Freedom to Go Beyond to resolve guest issues promptly and with great care
  • Enjoy multi-tasking at a fast pace while having an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Supervise the performance attendance attitude appearance and conduct of the service team
  • Assist with the development training and inspiration of outlet staff
  • Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate goals menu changes and service priorities
  • Monitor team performance and provide on-the-spot feedback and support
  • Assist with onboarding and cross-training of new staff
  • Oversee opening and closing duties ensuring checklist completion
  • Assist with inventory control ordering and restocking
  • Support scheduling and labor management in coordination with the manager
  • Ensure accurate cash handling POS procedures and daily reconciliation
