Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations or supervision
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations

  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise support schedule assign daily work inform and train team members in all food and beverage outlets including restaurant banquets evening reception
  • Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Manage and monitor product quality service and satisfaction trends evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
  • Help support food and beverage operations during peak hours including running food from the kitchen
  • Reinforce the team to complete opening and closing duties
