Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • excellent communication skills
  • basic computer literacy
  • physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
  • ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations
  • leadership and team management abilities
  • ability to work under pressure and during peak times
  • proficiency in inventory and quality control

Job Duties

  • Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all food and beverage outlets including restaurant, banquets, and evening reception
  • monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
  • help support food and beverage operations during peak hours including running food from the kitchen
  • reinforce the team to complete opening and closing duties
