- prior supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- basic computer literacy
- physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively

Job Duties
- Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all food and beverage outlets including restaurant, banquets, and evening reception
- monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
- help support food and beverage operations during peak hours including running food from the kitchen
- reinforce the team to complete opening and closing duties
