Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Physical ability to support operational duties during busy periods
- Proficiency in inventory management

Job Duties
- Supervise support schedule assign daily work inform and train team members in all food and beverage outlets including restaurants banquets and evening receptions
- Monitor observe and evaluate team member performance
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries requests and resolving complaints
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Manage and monitor product quality service and satisfaction trends evaluate and address issues and implement improvements
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
- Support food and beverage operations during peak hours including running food from the kitchen
- Reinforce team to complete opening and closing duties
