Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage operations or supervision
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Basic computer skills for inventory and scheduling
- Physical ability to support operations during busy periods

Job Duties
- Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, banquets, evening reception
- Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
- Help support food and beverage operations during peak hours, including running food from the kitchen
- Reinforce the team to complete opening and closing duties
