Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations or supervision
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and scheduling
  • Physical ability to support operations during busy periods

  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic inventory management knowledge

Job Duties

  • Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, banquets, evening reception
  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
  • Help support food and beverage operations during peak hours, including running food from the kitchen
  • Reinforce the team to complete opening and closing duties
