Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage supervision or related role
  • knowledge of health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • valid work authorization
  • physical ability to perform job duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage supervision or management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of health safety sanitation and alcohol service regulations
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • customer service oriented with problem-solving abilities
  • proficiency in inventory management

Job Duties

  • Supervise support schedule assign daily work and train team members in all food and beverage outlets including restaurant banquets and evening reception
  • monitor observe and evaluate team member performance
  • assist team members in handling guest inquiries requests and complaints
  • ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • manage and monitor product quality service and satisfaction trends and make improvements
  • assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
  • support food and beverage operations during peak hours including running food from the kitchen
  • reinforce team to complete opening and closing duties
