Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage supervision or related role
- knowledge of health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- valid work authorization
- physical ability to perform job duties
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in food and beverage supervision or management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of health safety sanitation and alcohol service regulations
- ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- customer service oriented with problem-solving abilities
- proficiency in inventory management
Job Duties
- Supervise support schedule assign daily work and train team members in all food and beverage outlets including restaurant banquets and evening reception
- monitor observe and evaluate team member performance
- assist team members in handling guest inquiries requests and complaints
- ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- manage and monitor product quality service and satisfaction trends and make improvements
- assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
- support food and beverage operations during peak hours including running food from the kitchen
- reinforce team to complete opening and closing duties
