Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage supervisory roles
- valid TABC certificate
- valid Food Handlers certificate
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- willingness to work flexible and extended hours
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- thorough understanding of food and beverage and banquet operations and management
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to effectively train, coach, and evaluate employees
- certifications including TABC and Food Handlers
- experience in hotel, spa, or resort food and beverage operations
- strong leadership and motivational skills
- ability to work flexible and extended hours
Job Duties
- monitor employees to ensure responsibilities are met
- help motivate, train, and develop staff
- oversee banquet and food and beverage outlet operations
- ensure assignments are carried out according to high standards
- assist with banquet and food and beverage outlet duties as needed
- communicate effectively with team members
- maintain a fast-paced and guest-focused environment
