Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced work environments
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Supervise support schedule assign daily work inform and train team members in all food and beverage outlets including restaurant banquets evening reception
- Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries requests and resolving guest complaints
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Manage and monitor product quality service satisfaction trends evaluate address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
- Help support food and beverage operations during peak hours including running food from the kitchen
- Reinforce the team to complete opening and closing duties
