Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced work environments
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Supervise support schedule assign daily work inform and train team members in all food and beverage outlets including restaurant banquets evening reception
  • Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries requests and resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Manage and monitor product quality service satisfaction trends evaluate address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
  • Help support food and beverage operations during peak hours including running food from the kitchen
  • Reinforce the team to complete opening and closing duties
