Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
- valid TABC and Food Handlers certificates
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to motivate and lead a team effectively

- Thorough understanding of food and beverage and banquet operations
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to train, coach, evaluate, and correct employee behavior
- valid TABC and Food Handlers certificates
- experience in hotel, spa, or resort food and beverage management
- ability to work flexible and extended hours
Job Duties
- Monitor employees
- ensure responsibilities are met
- carry out assignments according to high standards
- motivate assigned staff
- train and develop staff
- assist with banquet and F&B outlet duties as needed
