Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in Food & Beverage supervision or management
  • valid TABC certification
  • valid Food Handlers certificate
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of Food & Beverage and banquet operations and management
  • exceptional communication skills
  • experience in training, coaching, evaluating, and correcting employee behavior
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • valid TABC and Food Handlers certificates
  • experience working in hotel, spa, or resort Food & Beverage settings
  • strong leadership and team development skills

Job Duties

  • Monitor employees to ensure responsibilities are met and assignments are carried out in accordance with high standards
  • motivate, train, and develop assigned staff
  • assist with all banquet and Food & Beverage outlet duties as needed
  • effectively communicate expectations and provide coaching and corrective feedback to employees
  • oversee Food & Beverage and banquet operations within the hotel, spa, and resort environment
  • work flexible and extended hours including weekends and holidays as required
  • ensure compliance with TABC and food safety regulations
