Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • intermediate computer skills
  • prior Micros or other systems experience
  • one year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations
  • luxury hotel experience a plus
  • ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods during shifts
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

  • Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
  • monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste
  • handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly
  • assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and administrative duties
  • assist the Department Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining service standards
  • ensure food and beverages are served professionally and timely
  • monitor department setup and maintenance to ensure all side work is complete
  • interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience
  • deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
  • perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
