Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage services
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
  • TIPS beverage service certification or ability to obtain
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to lift and connect kegs weighing up to 150 pounds occasionally with assistance
  • Ability to work extended hours with physically demanding tasks
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of restaurant or food and beverage supervisory experience required
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization
  • Problem-solving skills with employees and guests
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • ServSafe and TIPS beverage service certification or ability to obtain
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally manage 150-pound kegs with assistance
  • Ability to work extended hours with physically demanding responsibilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service operations including adherence to health regulations
  • Supervise assigned staff to ensure financial results, guest satisfaction, and positive employee relations
  • Work with management to drive revenue, maximize profit, and ensure quality
  • Attend meetings and communicate effectively with staff to meet guest and employee needs
  • Be present on the restaurant floor during peak hours
  • Open and close the restaurant as needed
  • Resolve guest complaints in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Train and develop associates and maintain training records
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching
  • Motivate team through goals and recognition
  • Manage labor and departmental budget
  • Conduct routine inspections of operations for quality and compliance
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • Promote a professional and collaborative work culture
  • Adhere to all Hilton Standard Operating Procedures
