Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations
- ServSafe or TIPS beverage service certification or willingness to obtain
- Food Handlers Card
- physical ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- ability to lift and handle kegs up to 150 pounds occasionally with assistance
- capability to work extended hours with physical demands including walking, standing, carrying, and lifting
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to resolve guest complaints and deliver service recovery
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of restaurant or food and beverage supervisory experience
- ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels
- problem-solving skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe or TIPS beverage service certification or ability to obtain certification
- Food Handlers Card
- ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- ability to lift and connect a keg weighing up to 150 pounds with assistance
- physical ability to work extended hours with walking, standing, carrying, and lifting tasks during shifts
Job Duties
- Supervise all food and beverage operations including adherence to health regulations
- supervise assigned staff to achieve financial results, guest satisfaction, and positive employee relations
- supervise food and beverage staff to ensure efficient department operation and achievement of business goals
- attend meetings and communicate effectively with staff to meet guest and employee needs
- be present on the restaurant floor during peak business hours
- open and close the restaurant as needed
- ensure food and beverage service standards are met and respond to guest needs promptly
