Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- minimum 2 years supervisory experience in restaurant or food and beverage
- ServSafe and TIPS certification or ability to obtain
- Food Handlers Card
- physical ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and 150 pounds occasionally with assistance
- ability to work extended hours and perform physically demanding tasks
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

- 2 years of restaurant or food and beverage supervisory experience
- ability to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization
- ability to problem-solve with employees and guests

- ServSafe and TIPS beverage service certification or ability to obtain
- Food Handlers Card
- physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- ability to lift and handle a keg weighing up to 150 pounds with assistance
- ability to work extended hours based on business needs
- clear written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service operations
- ensure adherence to health regulations
- oversee assigned staff to achieve financial results and guest satisfaction
- work with management to drive revenue and maximize profit
- be present on the restaurant floor during peak hours
- open and close the restaurant as required
- resolve guest complaints courteously focusing on service recovery
- train and develop staff to maintain service standards
- manage interviewing, hiring, and performance evaluation
- motivate team through goal setting and recognition
- manage labor scheduling and departmental budgets
- conduct routine inspections to maintain food and beverage quality and safety
- ensure a clean and safe work environment
- adhere to company operating procedures
- contribute to hotel profitability through expense management and client relationship building
