Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of food and beverage supervisory experience
- Ability to obtain ServSafe or TIPS beverage service certification
- Food Handlers Card
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to lift and connect a keg weighing up to 150 pounds occasionally with assistance
- Ability to work extended hours with physical demands
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations including adherence to health regulations
- Ensure achievement of financial results, guest satisfaction, and positive employee relations
- Supervise and manage food & beverage staff to meet business goals
- Attend meetings and communicate with staff to meet guest and employee needs
- Be present on the restaurant floor during peak hours
- Open and close the restaurant as needed
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure service standards are met
