Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and excellent guest service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- A passion for service excellence and the ability to inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards ServSafe certification preferred
- Effective communication skills to liaise with guests associates and management teams
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently
- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations including staffing setup service and breakdown ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale
- Monitor inventory place orders and manage payroll to support efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively empowering associates to exceed expectations
- Support hiring training and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team
