Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic food and beverage environment
  • A passion for service excellence and the ability to inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards ServSafe certification preferred
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with guests, associates, and management teams
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently
  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including proper food handling and sanitation practices
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively empowering associates to exceed expectations
  • Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team
