Job Requirements

- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively empowering associates to exceed expectations
- Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team
