Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
  • Minimum two years of restaurant, customer service or related experience
  • Must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
  • May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license as per regulatory discretion
  • Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
  • Able to travel for meetings, trade shows and conferences
  • Physical strength to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
  • Good vision, hearing and speech abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Must maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of restaurant, customer service or related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to collaborate and motivate others
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and stay efficient during busy periods

Job Duties

  • Assist with day-to-day operation of food and beverage venues ensuring best-in-class service
  • Prioritize training and understanding of line-level positions to maintain and elevate brand standards
  • Collaborate with venue leadership to develop and execute initiatives that build sales, profitability, and cost control
  • Communicate and execute department-wide fiscal and operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health requirements and track department-wide training completion
  • Determine materials, equipment, and facilities needed for efficient operations
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, preparedness, safety, and security of workspaces
  • Perform supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, reviewing work and performance appraisal
  • Address complaints and resolve problems effectively
  • Support the overall efficient operation of the food and beverage department
