Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage management or related industry
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including proper food handling and sanitation practices
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively empowering associates to exceed expectations
  • Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team
