Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in leadership position within Food and Beverage department
  • Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail preparation
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to different work situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in leadership position within Food and Beverage department
  • Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail preparation
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to different work situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in hotel industry
  • Holder of, or currently in possession of, an LCQ Certificate
  • Graduate of EBS or an equivalent professional bartending program
  • Willingness to develop team members and self

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations of the bar and Food & Beverage outlets to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages including classic cocktails, signature drinks and special guest requests
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail-making techniques
  • Communicate and delegate tasks effectively to the team
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards and operational procedures
  • Manage guest queries promptly and professionally
  • Represent team needs and support a positive workplace culture
  • Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
  • Support training, coaching and development of team members
  • Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Be environmentally aware
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
