Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in leadership position within Food and Beverage department
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail preparation
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different work situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in leadership position within Food and Beverage department
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail preparation
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different work situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in hotel industry
- Holder of, or currently in possession of, an LCQ Certificate
- Graduate of EBS or an equivalent professional bartending program
- Willingness to develop team members and self
Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the bar and Food & Beverage outlets to ensure smooth service delivery
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages including classic cocktails, signature drinks and special guest requests
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail-making techniques
- Communicate and delegate tasks effectively to the team
- Ensure compliance of brand standards and operational procedures
- Manage guest queries promptly and professionally
- Represent team needs and support a positive workplace culture
- Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
- Support training, coaching and development of team members
- Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Be environmentally aware
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
