Job Requirements
- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
- working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations
- experience in responsible alcohol service
- skills in guest relations and staff relations
- ability to assess and anticipate special needs of guests
- prioritization of duties and effective communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and issues at one time effectively with an upbeat attitude

Job Duties
- Work directly with the Ops Manager to perform day of show duties
- respond to elevated staff and guest inquiries and concerns about shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities including Foundry access, VIP program and seat upgrades
- work through and correct guest concerns and complaints related to security and customer service
- follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure service standards are met
- perform opening, running, and closing duties according to Live Nation policy
- inform guests of Music Hall amenities and make recommendations
- maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting issues
- engage in suggestive selling of venue products and services
- keep current on all standard operating procedures and communicate them effectively to team members
- create pre-shift sheet and relay management information to staff
- turn in lost and found articles to Box Office
- ensure responsible alcohol service per training and policies
- maintain security of back of house areas
- lead all pre-shift meetings
- communicate to M.O.D. any issues from guests or team members
- work with M.O.D. to resolve guest issues and escalate if necessary
- complete incident reports and collect witness statements
- assist M.O.D. with ejection logs and incident reports
- work scheduled special events throughout the venue
