Job Duties
- Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance skills and knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain sufficient stock and minimize waste
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative duties
- Support the Department Manager in the development, implementation, and maintenance of service standards
- Ensure food and beverages are served professionally and promptly
- Monitor department setup and maintenance to ensure all side work is completed
- Interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience
- Deliver on guest expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
