Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

  • Prior micros or other systems experience
  • One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations
  • Luxury hotel experience, a plus

Job Duties

  • Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain sufficient stock and minimize waste
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative duties
  • Support the Department Manager in the development, implementation, and maintenance of service standards
  • Ensure food and beverages are served professionally and promptly
  • Monitor department setup and maintenance to ensure all side work is completed
  • Interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Deliver on guest expectations and create WOW moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
