Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in food & beverage service, preferably in hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- Knowledge of cash handling and basic accounting procedures

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction is always the top priority
- Respond promptly to guest needs, requests, and inquiries
- Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively
- Train and empower staff to deliver exceptional service
- Assist in managing departmental daily operations
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost control
- Oversee inventory and ensure proper control procedures are followed
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members
- Assist with training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment
- Ensure compliance with certifications, policies, and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Conduct regular inspections for health, safety, and cleanliness
- Ensure equipment is maintained through preventative maintenance programs
- Support efforts to maximize resources and achieve departmental goals
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and build strong vendor relationships
- Adjust staffing and inventory levels based on business demand
