Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in food & beverage service, preferably in hospitality
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Knowledge of cash handling and basic accounting procedures

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction is always the top priority
  • Respond promptly to guest needs, requests, and inquiries
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively
  • Train and empower staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Assist in managing departmental daily operations
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost control
  • Oversee inventory and ensure proper control procedures are followed
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and performance reviews
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment
  • Ensure compliance with certifications, policies, and safety regulations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Conduct regular inspections for health, safety, and cleanliness
  • Ensure equipment is maintained through preventative maintenance programs
  • Support efforts to maximize resources and achieve departmental goals
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and build strong vendor relationships
  • Adjust staffing and inventory levels based on business demand
