Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to maintain high energy and professionalism during shifts

  • Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes

Job Duties

  • Supports and manages the Lobby Restaurant, Lounge and Market while working closely with the Food & Beverage Managers and other hotel departments
  • May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
  • Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
  • Supervises food and beverage staff
  • Ensures compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Assists with scheduling and staff training
  • Coordinates with kitchen and service teams to deliver quality guest experiences
