Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage roles
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and high energy
- Must possess knowledge of food and beverage products
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively

- Proficient in general computer knowledge

- Food and beverage knowledge including wine, spirits and beer
- Experience in supervisory or leadership roles within hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Supports and manages the lobby restaurant, lounge and market while working closely with the Food & Beverage Managers and other hotel departments
- May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
- Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
- Ensures smooth operation of dining venues and delivers exceptional guest service
- Handles inventory control and collaborates with kitchen and service staff
- Monitors food and beverage quality and compliance with health and safety standards
- Trains and supervises food and beverage staff to maintain high performance and teamwork
