Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
- Availability to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be able to handle guest complaints professionally
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment

- Capability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Assist managers in overseeing the daily operations of all crew at the facility
- See that standups meetings pre-shift are completed
- Document attendance issues following attendance policy
- Ensure inspections are completed including tagging, reporting and follow-up
- Verify that the park is clean and delegate cleaning duties to team members
- Approve timekeeping entries and ensure management staff approve clock-in/out punches each shift
- Complete daily schedule template to ensure all positions are covered
- Assess team and move crew around as needed
- Identify training and re-training needs for team members
- Field guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with completion of guest and team member incident reports and ensure reports are submitted within 24 hours
- Retrain team members injured or involved in incidents as appropriate
- Call Safety Manager immediately if medical attention is needed
- Work alongside crew as needed and fill in during breaks
- Perform other duties as required or requested
- Schedule crew members efficiently to cover designated locations
- Support GMs goal of meeting or exceeding turnover times
- Assist with ride audits and provide retraining or coaching
- Update standup meeting information and communicate changes to operations managers
- Ensure facility maintenance and notify GM of needed repairs
