Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
  • Availability to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Must be able to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Familiarity with timekeeping and scheduling systems
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
  • Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Capability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Assist managers in overseeing the daily operations of all crew at the facility
  • See that standups meetings pre-shift are completed
  • Document attendance issues following attendance policy
  • Ensure inspections are completed including tagging, reporting and follow-up
  • Verify that the park is clean and delegate cleaning duties to team members
  • Approve timekeeping entries and ensure management staff approve clock-in/out punches each shift
  • Complete daily schedule template to ensure all positions are covered
  • Assess team and move crew around as needed
  • Identify training and re-training needs for team members
  • Field guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Assist with completion of guest and team member incident reports and ensure reports are submitted within 24 hours
  • Retrain team members injured or involved in incidents as appropriate
  • Call Safety Manager immediately if medical attention is needed
  • Work alongside crew as needed and fill in during breaks
  • Perform other duties as required or requested
  • Schedule crew members efficiently to cover designated locations
  • Support GMs goal of meeting or exceeding turnover times
  • Assist with ride audits and provide retraining or coaching
  • Update standup meeting information and communicate changes to operations managers
  • Ensure facility maintenance and notify GM of needed repairs
