Job Requirements
- Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations within the Club Room
- Manage and supervise a team handling both indoor and outdoor dining services
- Coordinate and execute events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and social activities
- Ensure consistent food quality and exceptional member service standards
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to optimize operational efficiency
