Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience as a cashier
- Two years of experience as a server
- One year of experience in direct sales or retail or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred
- Successful completion of a background check prior to employment

Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and support the front-of-house and coffee shop teams to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service
- Schedule dining reservations, coordinate special events, and arrange services for parties or groups
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, and ensure a welcoming experience
- Address and resolve guest complaints effectively and professionally
- Assign work tasks and coordinate activities of the front-of-house food and beverage associates to ensure prompt and courteous service
- Inspect serving stations for neatness, cleanliness, and readiness
- requisition supplies and assist in stocking rotation products
- May assist in planning menus, preparing beverages, and expediting food orders
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including collecting payments, verifying receipts, and balancing registers
- Reward and recognize team members who meet or exceed guest expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned
