Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience as a cashier
  • Two years of experience as a server
  • One year of experience in direct sales or retail or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred
  • Successful completion of a background check prior to employment

Job Duties

  • Supervise, train, and support the front-of-house and coffee shop teams to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service
  • Schedule dining reservations, coordinate special events, and arrange services for parties or groups
  • Greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, and ensure a welcoming experience
  • Address and resolve guest complaints effectively and professionally
  • Assign work tasks and coordinate activities of the front-of-house food and beverage associates to ensure prompt and courteous service
  • Inspect serving stations for neatness, cleanliness, and readiness
  • requisition supplies and assist in stocking rotation products
  • May assist in planning menus, preparing beverages, and expediting food orders
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities, including collecting payments, verifying receipts, and balancing registers
  • Reward and recognize team members who meet or exceed guest expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
