Job Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in a server or similar role
  • prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • food safety and alcohol awareness certifications or ability to obtain within 60 days
  • ability to lift 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support a team of food and beverage associates to deliver timely, friendly service across all dining areas
  • Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and team performance
  • Serve as a key link between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
  • Step in as needed to support bartending, bussing, or food running duties to maintain efficient service flow
  • Manage scheduling and supply orders to balance business needs with labor and cost control
