- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Valid Food Handler Certification
- TABC certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service oriented
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of service standards, fine dining etiquette, and luxury hospitality practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic knowledge of inventory and cost control
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to carry trays, move chairs and tables, and lift up to 30 lbs as required
- Food Handler Certification
- TABC
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Food and Beverage team to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Maintain luxury service standards across all outlets, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded
- Train, coach, and support associates in service techniques, menu knowledge, and guest engagement
- Assist in scheduling, monitoring attendance, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
- Oversee opening and closing procedures for outlets, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel policies
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control, addressing concerns promptly
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
