Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience
  • Availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts including 24/7 operations
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Proficiency in POS and computer software including Micros Symphony and Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve guest and employee issues professionally
  • Understanding of cost controls, cash handling, and inventory management
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience
  • Experience supervising banquet operations preferred
  • Experience in hotel or free-standing restaurant environment helpful
  • Proficiency with computer tools such as Micros Symphony, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and resolve guest and employee issues
  • Ability to create weekly team schedules
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management
  • Understanding of cost controls and cash handling
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Tips and SERV Safe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead food service team in dining area, handling hiring, scheduling, training, guiding, and evaluating
  • Manage front-of-house food and beverage operations, including coordinating events and following established procedures
  • Participate, assist, and contribute to the annual special events such as Mother’s Day and Easter catering for over 1000 guests
  • Establish and ensure all inventory controls and financial controls are met, including bi-annual inventory
  • Ensure compliance with state and local sanitation codes
  • Maintain a positive attitude and create excellent first impressions for guests
  • Record all charges correctly in the POS system and close out shifts with balanced accounts
  • Complete all side work at the end of each shift
