Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a food and beverage supervisory role
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of food and beverage products including wine, spirits and beer
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or management preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including wine, spirits and beer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and software
- Detail oriented and organized
Job Duties
- Supports and manages the lobby restaurant, lounge and market while working closely with the food and beverage managers and other hotel departments
- May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
- Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
- Maintain a flexible schedule including working weekends and holidays
- Understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate refined verbal and written communication skills
- Remain proficient in general computer knowledge
