Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a food and beverage supervisory role
  • Ability to work full-time with flexibility including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products including wine, spirits and beer

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including wine, spirits and beer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software
  • Detail oriented and organized

Job Duties

  • Supports and manages the lobby restaurant, lounge and market while working closely with the food and beverage managers and other hotel departments
  • May be responsible for ordering and maintaining par levels
  • Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
  • Maintain a flexible schedule including working weekends and holidays
  • Understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Remain proficient in general computer knowledge
