Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- experience as a host, server, or cashier
- supervisory experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- leadership and team management abilities
- knowledge of restaurant operations
- problem-solving skills
- prior cash handling experience
- familiarity with MICROS POS system
- TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certification preferred
- understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- assist the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff
- oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- manage restaurant staff to ensure excellent service delivery
- maintain knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
- ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene practices
- handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- monitor cash handling and operate MICROS POS system
