Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • experience as a host, server, or cashier
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • leadership and team management abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations
  • problem-solving skills
  • prior cash handling experience
  • familiarity with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certification preferred
  • understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • assist the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff
  • oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
  • manage restaurant staff to ensure excellent service delivery
  • maintain knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
  • ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene practices
  • handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • monitor cash handling and operate MICROS POS system
