Job Requirements
- At least two years of hotel food and beverage or restaurant supervisor experience
- Previous bartending experience
- Flexible to work AM and PM shifts, mid-shifts, weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
- Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight hours and lift/carry heavy trays weighting at least 25-30 pounds
- Current alcohol permit
- Food Handler Certification

Job Duties
- Monitor food and beverage staff and ensure service delivery exceeds guest expectations
- Assist with managing food and beverage operations for the restaurant, banquets, lounge bar and room service
- Be hands on and physically support food and beverage and banquet staff to ensure guests are taken care of and business needs are consistently met
- Train new hires
- Inspect side work to ensure opening and closing duties are consistently practiced
- Resolve guest related issues or complaints regarding service and food and beverages
