Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years previous supervisory experience, preferably in a commissary environment
- no college degree required
- previous experience with inventory distribution
- working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures
- strong computer skills with the Windows platform including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Train and develop warehouse team members in line with company policies and procedures
- coordinate and supervise the activities of warehouse associates
- purchase, receive, and distribute commissary items
- verify receiving slips and invoices
- produce monthly commissary inventory and various operational reports
- monitor product quality and follow departmental guidelines when controlling cost and waste
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation
