Job Requirements

  • Valid Texas Food Handler's Card
  • TABC certification
  • Minimum of 1 year F and B supervisory experience preferred
  • Flexible work availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to satisfy the needs of others
  • Wine and beverage knowledge preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Texas Food Handler's Card and TABC certification
  • Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of F and B supervisory experience is preferred
  • Wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with flexible work schedule
  • Be a team player and a dynamic leader

Job Duties

  • Supervise food and beverage operations for in-room dining, restaurant and lounge service
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Assist F and B management with training and development of team members
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Lead the team during the shifts to ensure excellent guest service
  • Assist with payroll and scheduling
