Job Requirements
- Valid Texas Food Handler's Card
- TABC certification
- Minimum of 1 year F and B supervisory experience preferred
- Flexible work availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Wine and beverage knowledge preferred
Job Qualifications

- Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of F and B supervisory experience is preferred
- Wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with flexible work schedule
- Be a team player and a dynamic leader
Job Duties
- Supervise food and beverage operations for in-room dining, restaurant and lounge service
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Assist F and B management with training and development of team members
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Lead the team during the shifts to ensure excellent guest service
- Assist with payroll and scheduling
