Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant supervision preferably in a luxury hotel or full service resort
- Familiarity with Micros point of sale system
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings and evenings
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

- Previous experience working at a restaurant in a luxury hotel and or full service resort
- Knowledge of Micros
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations

Job Duties
- Supervise and develop employees bar performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to hotel restaurant policies and procedures and to insure the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction in a cost efficient manner
- Supervise programs that promote a positive work environment for all employees
- Answer inquiries pertaining to property policies and services
- Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift
- Ensure all policies and procedures are fully implemented in the restaurant including safety emergency guidelines etc
- Function as a liaison between guest and restaurant bar while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Inspect supplies equipment and work areas for cleanliness and appearance to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards
- Inspect food and food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
- Maintain credit policies in the restaurant bar
- Perform all other duties as directed by immediate managers
- Provide assistance to staff members as necessary
