Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage supervisory roles in luxury or fine dining settings
  • Degree in hospitality management, business, or related field or equivalent training
  • Completion of Hyatt's food and beverage corporate management training program or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under luxury service standards
  • Knowledge of budgeting and inventory management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Commitment to luxury service standards
  • Problem-solving orientation
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for food and beverage industry

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations across all outlets including NoMI Kitchen, Lounge & Garden, In-Room Dining, and Banquet services
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high-performance and adherence to luxury service standards
  • Manage shift operations including staffing coordination and schedule management
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies
  • Support guest relations through prompt resolution of concerns and personalized service
  • Assist with inventory management and operational efficiency improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences consistent with luxury hospitality ethos
