  • Knowledge of Micros
  • Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations

Job Duties

  • Supervise and develop the performance of employees' bar performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to hotel/restaurant's policies and procedures and to insure the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction in a cost-efficient manner
  • Supervise programs that promote a positive work environment for all employees
  • Answer inquiries pertaining to property policies and services
  • Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are fully implemented in the restaurant including safety, emergency guidelines, etc
  • Function as a liaison between guest and restaurant/bar while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and appearance to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards
  • Inspect food and food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations
  • Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
  • Maintain credit policies in the restaurant/bar
  • Perform all other duties as directed by immediate managers
  • Provide assistance to staff members as necessary
