- Must be able to start at 5 a.m. on weekdays and 6 a.m. on weekends

Job Duties
- Manage breakfast bar setup, service, and breakdown
- Oversee Wednesday manager's receptions
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members with GM/AGM guidance
- Order products, maintain vendor relations, review Banquet Event Orders, and create staff schedules
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards while enhancing guest satisfaction
