Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a cashier
  • Two years of experience as a server
  • One year in direct sales or retail or an equivalent combination of experience
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team
  • Excellent guest service and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Strong organizational skills for scheduling, coordinating, and managing daily operations
  • Attention to detail in cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • At least one year of experience as a cashier, two years of experience as a server, and one year in direct sales or retail or an equivalent combination of experience
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties

  • Supervise, train, and support the front-of-house and coffee shop teams to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service
  • Schedule dining reservations, coordinate special events, and arrange services for parties or groups
  • Greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, and ensure a welcoming experience
  • Address and resolve guest complaints effectively and professionally
  • Assign work tasks and oversee daily activities of associates to ensure smooth operations
  • Inspect serving stations for neatness, cleanliness, and readiness
  • requisition supplies as needed
  • Assist in planning menus, preparing beverages, and expediting food orders when necessary
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities, including collecting payments, verifying receipts, and balancing registers
  • Reward and recognize team members who use empowerment to meet or exceed guest expectations
  • Other duties as assigned
