Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a cashier
- Two years of experience as a server
- One year in direct sales or retail or an equivalent combination of experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team
- Excellent guest service and conflict-resolution abilities
- Strong organizational skills for scheduling, coordinating, and managing daily operations
- Attention to detail in cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- At least one year of experience as a cashier, two years of experience as a server, and one year in direct sales or retail or an equivalent combination of experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and support the front-of-house and coffee shop teams to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service
- Schedule dining reservations, coordinate special events, and arrange services for parties or groups
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, and ensure a welcoming experience
- Address and resolve guest complaints effectively and professionally
- Assign work tasks and oversee daily activities of associates to ensure smooth operations
- Inspect serving stations for neatness, cleanliness, and readiness
- requisition supplies as needed
- Assist in planning menus, preparing beverages, and expediting food orders when necessary
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including collecting payments, verifying receipts, and balancing registers
- Reward and recognize team members who use empowerment to meet or exceed guest expectations
- Other duties as assigned
