Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- able to lift up to 25 lbs
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- must be able to twist, bend, squat, kneel, crawl occasionally and climb a ladder infrequently
- able to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- able to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
- experience in food and beverage service preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the outlets team
- conduct daily lineups before each shift
- communicate all necessary information to front and back of house staff
- ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant
- input daily reports and logbook entries
- enforce high hygiene and sanitation standards
- ensure security of monies and financial transactions
- supervise performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance and conduct of team
- work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
