Job Requirements
- Work 5 days per week
- Weekends and holidays required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift minimum 25 pounds
- California Responsible Beverage Service certification within 60 days of hire
- California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
- Minimum age 21

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift minimum 25 pounds
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise daily front-of-house food and beverage operations
- Lead, support, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Ensure service standards, grooming and uniform standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and onboarding
- Monitor service flow and guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with California food safety and responsible alcohol service laws
- Conduct opening, shift, and closing duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively with culinary staff and management
- Maintain a professional appearance and model exemplary service behavior
