Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift, carry, push or pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
- Valid driver's license

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality supervision preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and develop team members effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management and FIFO principles
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Inspects storage areas for organization, use of First In First Out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies
- Completes inventories (e.g., opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor, checks stock, and requisitions necessary supplies
- Leads shifts and supervises associates as scheduled
- Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
- Ensures associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job
- Collaborates with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions
- Assists in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction
