- previous food service or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and motivate food service team members
- lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service
- assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance coaching
- monitor staff productivity and ensure compliance with company policies
- oversee daily stand operations including food prep, cooking, and service
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- manage inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control
- monitor food quality, portion control, and waste reduction
- handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- support revenue goals through upselling and efficiency initiatives
- monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- assist in controlling labor and food costs
- create a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment
- resolve guest issues to ensure a positive park experience
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
