Job Requirements

  • Valid Riverside County Food Handlers Card
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • progressive guest service experience
  • knowledge of federal, state and local food handling laws
  • familiarity with food and beverage products and vendors
  • excellent interpersonal and sales skills
  • strong organizational and supervisory capabilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails
  • proficiency in basic math calculations
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage labor costs in line with revenue
  • willingness to work flexible hours including peak and base seasons
  • ability to resolve guest complaints effectively
