Job Requirements
- Valid Riverside County Food Handlers Card
- high school diploma or equivalent
- progressive guest service experience
- knowledge of federal, state and local food handling laws
- familiarity with food and beverage products and vendors
- excellent interpersonal and sales skills
- strong organizational and supervisory capabilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails
- proficiency in basic math calculations
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- ability to manage labor costs in line with revenue
- willingness to work flexible hours including peak and base seasons
- ability to resolve guest complaints effectively
