Job Duties
- Supervise daily outlet service staff
- Assist in developing and maintaining quality standards for outlets
- Ensure meals are served professionally and timely
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and order takers
- Handle guest complaints
- Monitor and supervise room service area setup and maintenance
- Assist in hiring, scheduling, training, and supervising staff
- Attend pre-meal meetings
- Complete reports and requisitions
- Regulate distribution of supplies
