Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage
- food handling license
- knowledge of food and health safety regulations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- supervise event room setups
- oversee banquet function operations
- maintain banquet equipment
- ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- train and coach food and beverage staff
- manage scheduling and onboarding of team members
- support daily operations of banquet and food & beverage outlets
