Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-end restaurant or related work
- Strong F&B knowledge and server skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move around the restaurant and hotel area for the entire shift
- Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Current New Mexico Alcohol Server and Food Handler certifications

Job Duties
- Play a key role in developing F&B staff through Four Seasons service standards, inspiring and guiding employees to consistently deliver excellence
- Provide leadership within F&B operations and seamlessly extend support across all F&B outlets in response to operational demands
- Build strong, authentic connections with staff to foster a positive and engaged team culture
- Clearly communicate information to staff, empowering them to make thoughtful decisions that elevate the guest experience
- Maintain deep knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and coach staff to confidently share ingredient details and engaging menu descriptions
- Commit to continuous learning, expanding your expertise in food and beverage products
- Perform additional administrative duties, including inventories, scheduling, and menu planning
